Is it true that none of the horses had ever run in the rain before?
No, it's not rue that some of these horses ran in the rain, common sense should tell you that. That is why I bet Super Saver, cause he likes the med, and made a bundle.

Triple Crown for a Derby that is run in 2:04.4 when most of the rest of the races that day were run close to fast track times? They were off a small bit from a fast track. The last Qtr. i the Derby was 27 seconds. The 6 fl raction was 110.3, and the mile fraction were 137.3. Nothing impressive about this Deby and there wers several bad rides, as usual by Today's joker jockeys. The are amateurs compared to the HOF riders of 10-15 years ago. "Pinheads" isn't the proper word for today's American riders.
It was a very exciting race. I love Calvin Botel (Borail) . I think he is very talented, knowledgable rider & he is not afraid to show his emotions. He rode a perfect race & I look forward to watching the Pre.
NBC really screwed up on the audio. They had an open mike on the track the entire race. We could not hear the announcers and did not know who had won. You would think that NBC would have tested their sound before the race started. Unreal! the person who dropped the ball should be cleaning the horse stalls.
